We are an intergenerational New York-based group of women, working to create a common space for feminist research that centers on violence against women and new forms of capital accumulation.
We participate in the Campaign for the Memory of the Women Persecuted for Witchcraft and we also have our own platform: http://feministresearchonviolence.org to share knowledge and create common projects. Right now, our three main topics of investigation are the criminalization of pregnancy, women and debt, and modern witch hunts. Our members have compiled an ongoing tracker to identify modern witch hunts around the world and look for commonalities and economic, political, and social motivations.
We welcome contributions of articles, books, and visual materials that are relevant to this project. Write to us at womenrise@riseup.net.
